Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC)

Government Services

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is Australia's national regulator for competition and consumer law. We promote competition and fair trading in markets, and enforce the Franchising Code of Conduct, which sets out rules for fair dealings between franchisors and franchisees. We’re here to help franchisees and small business owners understand their rights and responsibilities, and provide resources to set businesses up for success.
