Furniture One is a Co-Operative incorporated under the New South wales Co-Operative Act in 1964. Our Shareholders are independent Furniture Retailers trading under the distinctive Furniture One banner. Unlike a franchise operation Furniture One Co-Op Limited is wholly owned by its Members, the Shareholder who participate in the on going running of the group.
Furniture One offers a unique opportunity for existing Furniture Retailers or new start up businesses to participate in a flexible corporate structure which provides major Buying and Marketing benefits to its Members.
