Who Who Household Services is an Australian Owned and Operated Company with over 20 years of experience in the carpet cleaning industry. The founders Michael and Katrina Rantall acquired some established operators including the Harvey Norman, Grace Brother's/Myer's carpet cleaning businesses and integrated them into the Who Who brand making us a formidable player in the carpet cleaning sector in Australia.
The business established a strong market share in the carpet cleaning sector and Michael and Katrina recognised through their strong customer satisfaction and reviews, the opportunity to offer other domestic cleaning services.
In addition to the already successful carpet cleaning business, they added Rug washing, carpet dyeing, commercial products, pest services and a range of other household services to their suite of services.
The pandemic of 2019 required the business to pivot and focus on alternative services that did not require entry into customer’s homes particularly during lockdown periods. The Rug cleaning division of the business was already established and enabled a quick reengineering of the business model.
